Sadly, there is no such thing as a free lunch, and that applies to webinar services. Whilst there are many ‘free’ services out there, none of them are any good, and in the long run they could end up costing your business significant amounts of money. However, that doesn’t mean that you need to part with a whole bundle of cash in order to gain the benefits of a webinar. In fact, there are a number of top quality webinar providers that are both fantastic, as well as incredibly affordable. Let’s take a little look at five of them.
This is a fantastic service. In fact, many top webinar provider swear by it. It offers unlimited conference rights, which is great for a company of any size. The software is compatible on both the PC and Mac as well, which means more people will be able to access your webinar. In addition to this, they offer a ‘tiered’ pricing structure. If you want to upgrade your package, you can do at a click of a button. They also offer a number of customisation features which truly make the service your own. Any respected business should look into this piece of software.
Microsoft Office Live Meeting
This is a pretty hefty service, however you do get real bang for your buck. You can have up to 1,250 participants per meeting, and it allows you to store recordings. With up to 5 users this is perfect for a business which has aspirations for the future. It is one of the cheapest webinar services, so check it out and see if it is ideal for your needs!
InstantPresenter is one of those companies which truly does understand the needs of the people that will be using their service. InstantPresenter is primarily geared towards those who are looking to take money for their presentations. This means that they have included paypal functionality so you can accept payments for both entry to your seminar, as well as downloading any recorded segments. The prices are incredibly affordable as well if you are running seminars where less than 50 people will be attending. This is a fully featured presentation service, and you really can expect a lot of features for the money you are going to be paying out.
This is a new company on the block, and I haven’t really experimented with them yet. However, first perceptions are always the most important. From what I have experienced from MeetCheap I have instantly been able to tell that they deliver a high quality service for not a lot of money, in fact, they are without a doubt one of the cheapest services I have mentioned in this article. I do suggest that you only check them out if you are a smaller company though, large webinars would be better serviced by another company (when you are this cheap, sacrifices are made)
Adobe Acrobat ConnectPro
This is a fantastic webinar tool. It probably one of the most sophisticated in this list with a plethora of features at your disposal. They offer both an unlimited conference plan, as well as ‘pay per use’ pricing. Check out their 30 day free trial and play about the system.
